Your order will begin processing only once full payment has been successfully received. After placing your order, a quick verification is performed to confirm available funds and validate the transaction. Once approved, your card will be charged to reserve your selected items.

When your products are ready to ship, you’ll receive a confirmation email with complete tracking details, so you can follow your order from our studio to your doorstep.

Because each piece is custom-made just for you, production begins immediately after payment confirmation. This ensures quality craftsmanship and attention to every detail of your purchase.

To complete your order, simply select “Proceed to Checkout” or “PayPal Checkout”. You’ll be securely redirected to our payment gateway to finalize your purchase using your preferred method. All transactions are processed safely through PayPal’s encrypted system, and your billing statement will reflect the payment as a PayPal transaction.

If a refund is approved, it will automatically be returned to your original payment method — whether PayPal, credit, or debit card — within the standard processing time.
