1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, please ensure the following:

  • Your request is submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging, with all tags and labels still attached.

  • A valid proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation email or receipt) is required for processing.

Please note that any signs of wear, washing, or alteration may make an item ineligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned due to their nature or customization. These include:

  • Final sale or clearance products

  • Gift cards and promotional vouchers

  • Personalized or custom-made designs made specifically to your order

We appreciate your understanding that these exclusions ensure product integrity and quality.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start your return process:

  1. Email support@dillagraphy.com with your order number and a brief explanation of your return request.

  2. Once reviewed, we’ll send you a return shipping label or detailed instructions for returning the item.

  3. Ship your package back within 14 days of receiving approval.

We recommend using the provided label or a trackable shipping method to ensure safe and documented delivery.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please mention your preference when submitting your return request.
Exchanges are processed based on product availability at the time we receive your item.

If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take product quality seriously. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@dillagraphy.com.
We’ll promptly arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
