1. 30-Day Returns
You may return items within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

3. How to Return
When contacting us, please include:
- Order number and full name
- Proof of purchase (screenshot)
- Reason for return
- Photos or videos if the product is defective/damaged
Once approved, refunds are processed within 14 days. Your bank may need 3–5 business days to finalize the credit.
4. Exchange
We’ll gladly replace items that are defective, incorrect, or the wrong size. Email support@dillagraphy.com to request an exchange. Return shipping is free for defective or wrong items.
5. Refund
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
6. Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours for a full refund. After that, cancellations depend on production status. Please ensure your shipping address is correct to avoid delivery issues.
