4. Shipping & Delivery

Transit Time: Most packages arrive within 2–4 business days using UPS or FedEx Ground.

Shipping Coverage: We ship only within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations.

Risk of Loss: Title and risk transfer to you once the package is marked as delivered by the carrier.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost in transit, notify us within 7 business days of the expected delivery date so we can initiate a carrier investigation. For damaged shipments, send clear photos to support@dillagraphy.com
within 72 hours of receipt. We will provide a replacement or refund where appropriate. We are not liable for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Return Window: You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags and original packaging.

with order number, name, and reason for return.

Costs: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds: Processed within 14 business days after receipt and inspection. Bank processing may add 3–5 days.

Exchanges: Only available for defective, wrong-size, or incorrect items shipped.
